Paul leads Urban Foresight’s work in innovation partnerships and is Programme Manager for The MILL Dundee.

An experienced smart mobility consultant and innovation practitioner, who has held leadership positions in the private and public sector.

Paul has had significant success in delivering consultancy and research projects in the mobility sector. He is a confident work-winner and manager of people and projects, but his real passion lies in working with others to innovate.

Paul is motivated by a desire to see innovative solutions emerge through applying technology in new ways and in new markets. He has led Product Management & Innovation teams in public and private sector organisations, including being part of the start-up team for the Transport Systems Catapult. His experience has involved working closely with the UK’s innovation community and a range of industry innovators – from start-ups to large corporates.

His interest and skills sit at the intersection of users, business and technology, and thrives when faced with situations of multi-dimensional complexity. He is a passionate problem-solver and communicator. His particular technical strengths involve innovation management and technology strategy, particularly in relation to Intelligent Transport Systems and Connected Vehicles.
